The property is located close to the fieramilano trade fair area and a short distance from the underground. The project for these new business structures carries the signature of Alfonso Femìa and Gianluca Peluffo, of the 5+1AA studio, and Jean Baptiste Pietri.

The complex, characterised by its strong architectural identity , is classified as energy class A thanks to the careful design of the passive specifications and to the use of renewable sources and tecnical solutions, which are aimed at reducing water and energy consumption whilst improving the conditions of the  occupiers wellbeing from thermal, acoustic and visual points of view as well as for a complete utilisation of the spaces.

The Torre Orizzonatale, commissioned to Sviluppo Sistema Fiera by its controlling body Fondazione Fiera Milano, supplies a part of the so-called compatible functions to the fieramilano trade centre district, which also include parking, hotel structures, recreation spaces and public park areas.
