Conceived as a single organism, the unusual entrance hall succeeds in both separating and, at the same time, uniting the two parts of the building.  The Torre Orizzontale, 133 meters long, ca. 16 meters wide and with an overall height of 54 meters, houses a total of 13 floors above ground.

The building, an icon of modernity, is characterized by the iridescent gold color of the outer skin which, as it thins out, shelters the building to the north with a ventilated façade finished in fibrocement panels. To the south the skin changes, doubling up as brise-soleil shading, eventually transforming shape and becoming embellished with a number of reflective panels.  This careful design contributes to maintaining the tower’s high performance in terms of energy efficiency. Thanks to the structure’s passive specifications, to a high degree of layout and energy efficiency and to a low environmental impact, the building has been certified as Energy Class A.

Internally, the building offers workspaces which have been designed with care and with attention to detail, in full consideration of the work (intended in the most modern sense of the word) to be carried out therein, thus guaranteeing maximum flexibility within the space and ensuring that a full range of company requirements are met.
